Can I Cancel My Order?
We’re sorry, but once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed or canceled. In accordance with their Return Policy, the package can be returned.

You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return any item purchased on yoox.com. This is how you do it:
- To acquire a Return Number, fill out the Return Form.
- Please return the item in its original packing and condition with all tags and labels attached, otherwise, we will not be able to give a refund.
- The Returns Commercial Invoice that came with your package should be completed twice. The package will be returned to you if the customs forms are incomplete.
- Use the pre-printed and pre-paid Return Label that came with your order to make shipping a return a breeze.
- DHL (https://locator.dhl.com) can pick up your shipment at any location you want, as long as you quote the account number 961099101. Dropping off the package at a DHL Service Point is also an option.
- Returns must be shipped from the same country as the original purchase due to marketing restrictions.
Please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak hours) for your return to be processed after it has arrived at the warehouse. The package will be returned to you if your return does not match the conditions specified. When your return is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email and your reimbursement will be processed.
